Every piece of this applique is drawn, cut, pieced and assembled by hand

Each applique requires 6-8+ hours to be fully constructed due to the tedious multi-step process of making them by hand.   

These peaces inherently carries a sense of individuality and craftsmanship that observers can appreciate and while wearing them you become the narrator of the story and meaning behind them. Creating a common ground for fly conversation.

Background: Growing up I always admired bike culture and handmade craft, both are deeply rooted in my family's history. I would spent many summers at Clay City Flea Market in Kentucky watching my great grandmother hand sew quilts & hem jeans for $3 a piece. While my great uncle who was a leather smith and motorcycle mechanic had his shop just down the hall. I used to watch him sew on an antique walking foot machine, making belts, horse saddles and gun holsters for locals while I would chug Ale8's, sell baseball cards and sneak cigarettes. This peace is a sentimental tribute, to family traditions and the spirit of craft.
