This is a unique one-of-a-kind handmade appliqued jacket

Every piece of this applique is drawn, cut, pieced and assembled by hand

Each applique requires 6-8+ hours to be fully constructed due to the tedious multi-step process of making them by hand.   

These peaces inherently carries a sense of individuality and craftsmanship that observers can appreciate and while wearing them you become the narrator of the story and meaning behind them. Creating a common ground for fly conversation.

Background: Referenced from a book dated in 1968 about war philosophy, the story is based on high ranking generals during WW2 who strategized a plan for the world's future while also battling their own intrusive thoughts. The silhouette and colors of this peace really tell the story visually. The bright orange reflects the fire of global conflict around them as the color black symbolizes the soldier's psychological void caused by the war.
